"Have lived here for one year and am very happy. Everyone in the office has always been warm and friendly, as well as the other tenants. As a single female I have always felt safe, even in the garage. Noise has not been an issue, nor has flooding! Past issues from a from a couple or few years back appear to be non-existent now.
